Hi all, My husband Ed and I have a lovely large spare bedroom with an en-suite which is usually my daughter's room. She is now traveling for few months and the room will be available to rent. Looking for respectful, quiet and clean female candidate. Minimum contract 1 month and max 5. Rent 800 bills included. We are away atm so free to show around from the 19th of April. Train station, bus stop super close. Queens Park at less than 2 min walk. Local shops and amenities also handy.
